I have found it very difficult to comunicate with the producer of the product that I purchased. It seems that they want it to be as difficult and trying as possible to get a refund.

I did not realise that this product was only for the USA market this was not apparent from the site and only became clear after download

You ripped me off. The product was advertised in dollars, but you charged me the same amount in Euros a difference of exchange rates meant I paid an additional £12

I have no problems so far with the service of softwareStore however the software I purchased does not live up to its specs and unless Microsoft Money can fix it I will need to return the product
