I'm not sure that the player is operating corectly. I have not had the time to use it. I will let you know tomorrow if I think that the player has a problem. The tape seems not to load easliy. Debbie

I know my product was not tested correctly before I recieved it. The help this was to provide for my blind friend would have been great. Instead now are doubts about the quaility of the product. I have more to say but to many words?

really great products for someone that can't see. i purchased this clock for my mother-in-law who is blind and never knew what time it was and now all she has to do is ask and it tells her. she really really likes it.
