THIS WAS MY FAULT. I HAVE WET MACRULAR DEFENERATION AND IT WASN;T STRONG ENOUGH. WOULD LIKE TO SEE SAME IN STRONGER. MY SIGHT 2 YRS AGO WAS 200/400; PROBABLY WORSE NOW. GAVE PRODUCT TO SOMEWNE ELSE.

we are returning the phone because my aunt can not see the caller id to get the programed #s to get her # that are programed in. the phone is nice if she could use it thank you

My Mom has had another stroke so we are going to be unable to use the magnifier. This is her second purchase and we are very pleased. Please let me know how to return. I have not opened the box that it was shipped in. Same as when UPS delivered. Thank you. (more)

I placed an order on April 3, 2008. Your website said that it could take up to 2 weeks for shipping. In the interim your company sent a few advertising e-mails, but nothing regarding the status of my order. Today, April 17, 2008, I called the customer service to try and find out where my order is. The Customer rep said that it is on back order and they don't know when it would be available. I said that you could have sent me a courtesy note informing me of this problem. The customer rep said that they had sent an e-mail. I was looking at my e-mail archives while we were speaking and informed him that they have not received any e-mail note regarding the delay.
