I received an item that was not functioning properly and the cusustomer support person said they would send me a mailer so I could return the item. However, I have not received the mailer yet. I would appreciate if someone followup on this.... (more)

I have really injoyed the TV magnifier, like a big, big mouse. I'm very pleased with your website and its setup, I will return and let friends know of it. YOur prices were much lower than I expected too.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the online shopping experience with MaxiAids. However, Maxi could improve in the following areas: 1)tracking the order 2) better/more thorough product descriptions 3) faster shipping.

I let you know before that I am very unhappy about the availability of the Gold Braille Pocket Watch. Waited months and it was still not availabile. The Atmoic Clocks are great and we are enjoying them to the fullest.
