This is the second time I receivced damaged merchandise from Maxi-Aids , And although responsive, it still a pain to have to purchase another item to replace the damaged one before I get credit. It's Maxi-Aids fault why should I carry the burden.Thank You, Mr. Gennaro Rocco (more)

This order was for my Mother. I will be placing a second order for the same products for my Mother's sister in the near future.

I purchased a talking wrist watch. Unfortunately the volume of the voice is not loud enough to be totally useful to my mother.

If an items will be delivered separately and/or if an item is being sent from the warehouse, customer should be informed. One of my items were delayed due to it being shipped directly from warehouse. Called customer service when only one product was delivered to see what was going on. Also, a complete order slip would be nice to received with your order. Lastly, did not like receiving product unwrapped or packaged. No privacy with first order - sent in original product box with mailing label attached. Did not appreciate the lack of privacy. (more)

I am a little disappointed. A button fell off of the watch I bought, the day after my brother received it. It was the button to set the time. So when time changes again, I will have to purchase a new watch. My brother is blind and likes the watch so, I did not take it from him to send back. (more)

excelent service, excelent price, excelent delivery time

For some reason it took 10 days to receive the watch. I think the Post Office would have been faster, unless the watch wasn't processed for several days.

A very good company.

I did not like dealing with all the pop ups and "offers" after purchasing and all the new spam.
