Never received notice of delayed shipping. Items were not in stock. Shipping delayed 10-12 days after order placed. No one communicated that it was anything other than an in stock item.
But items finally arrived.

I was disappointed that the item I ordered was not available for purchase any longer. I was able to get something I could use, but the search function on your site made it tough to find alternate products. I had to rely on the customer service rep.

Santa Monica in 12 days. No advice of shipment from supplier-BizRate surveys. Only way I knew it was coming was charge on credit card. Only a few bucks but the all-time worst delivery of an internet purchase. Product and price excellent.
