The item I ordered was not available. I was notified immediately and was able to contact customer service and make a substitution that was shipped the same day. Good Customer Service!

when I ordered the product and got my receipt I was quoted 103.95 but was billed 123.95, there was no mention of the additional $20.00 ??????
