needed 150 but was only sent 80. they didnt contact me nor had any intention of contacting me to explain they didnt have 150. I had to call them first. Now i have to go thru a more expensive vendor and have the remainder overnighted.

My order was here before time and was great. Used for VBS and the children love them. We created a jungle the frogs, lizards, butterflies, monkeys along with the bamboo helped to complete this scene for us. I even used the packing paper for a vine.... (more)

I think their shipping/handling charges are totally out of line. Product is well priced - but I might not buy from them again - totally based on how overcharged I felt by their shipping/handling.
