The main item I required was on back order for a long time. Then once that was available and I was able to place my order I added 2 other items. Only 1 of those items were available and the other was and still is on back order.

This order was not the quality we had come to expect. I discussed with Rachel earlier today and she is shipping a replacement item at n/c to replace the poor quality product. Thank you for your help. We will continue to order the product.

unless i'm mistaken, all the bones/treats were to be at least 11" long- - 1/3 of the order were smaller. other than that, everything's fine.
