The vase was broke in the order that I sent out last week. The recipient called ProFlowers to tell them, and Customer Service said they will credit my account. I appreciate the credit back. She did say the flowers were beautiful.

Eliminate $15 shipping rebate. Accepting the rebate enrolls you in a membership at $15/mo. A deceptive business practice reflecting poorly on the judgement of ProFlowers. Would have rated all 10s otherwise.

I am a regular customer of ProFlowers and use them almost exclusively for my florist needs. The few times I had any difficulty, they were very responsive and helpful.

Flowers were left in a cooler at the hospital. Hospital policy forbade me to retrieve them until after the holiday weekend. Flower order was cancelled.

This was an order of flowers that I sent to my sister in San Diego as a thank you. I did not see them, but she said they were nice and very much appreciated.
