Opportunity to review was not available prior to payment. By the time order had been placed, I was not able to go back and review correctness of product stamp, therefore stamp has errors.

The copy that we sent had a hugh error on it and it was not caught,and now the order is worthless to use.

The only "complaint" my son had(they were his business cards) was that they were too shiny. I would try to go with Matte next time.

Although the design program is much easier to use than it previously was, I still feel like it's an antiquated system. I would like a broader selection of fonts, and the ability to upload more than one graphic.

My first order was printed with too light of ink. I called and explained the problem. I was told to write to iPrint and attach a sample along with my account number, name, and shipping info. I then received a new set with correct ink color.
