The shipping costs is proportionately too high - looks like the company is trying to make money off the customer with add-on charges to the basic order instead of actual product costs.

Shipping was extremely fast. I was not advised that one item was on backorder. I did not know if it would be automaticly shipped. Better communication is needed in this area. Otherwise, a great buying experience.

Some parts are on back order, I have not received them and I have no notice of when or where they are. I realize that it is the holidays and this may delay things, but I have no idea on the status of the back order.
