the company did not send products when they said they did and fumbled with return contact responces for requested tracking numbers, and could have pleased this customer with a next day shipment instead of an additional week.

Battery was advertised as a "Nicad" battery type but I received a sealed lead acid type battery. I could have purchased a lead acid tyope elswhere for less, when I called their representative offered a $15 refund on my purchase of which I accepted.
