one of the items I received was not what I expected and I did not receive the rebate form with it. I wanted an MP3 player for my I-pod, not what I received. I will call about returning it. Been exceptionally busy. Will get to it soon. Carol Young

I could use a ladies version of the watch, my users are mostly female. The literature I saw displayed the watch with a retractable usb cable and that's not what I received. Lastly why not bluetooth or wireless and perhaps a necklase.

the UPS / USPS union sucks, the post office will not be held accountable for anything. they do not know how to provide accurate tracking info. If i would have known that that was the shipping method i would have paid to have UPS ship it by them...
