Experience was great, just kept wondering when my items where going to ship. They finally showed up, but I didn't know they were coming. Three step order process missed last step to let me know my item was shipped & give me a tracking number.

Tried other sites with no success to find a RAM upgrade for my old laptop. EDGE had it and the price was right. Easy to navigate site too. I found the module with no problem and the transaction was completed promptly.
