I was very pleased with my purchase. The item I ordered is fairly hard to find, and usually alot more expensive. Your price was more than fair, your shipping was very reasonable and I am happy with the speed of delivery.

over all I was extremel happy. However, when I placed my order, the store was shut down for two weeks. I would have been fair to add that piece of information to the website. I didn't find out until I called about my missing tracking number.

One item that I ordered was out of stock. I only found this out after I failed to receive a confirmation email, and I called customer support. The customer service agent was able to resolve the issue and get my order moving.
