I was very satisfied with the product selection, price, and the user-friendly web-browser, but some improvements need to be made to the tracking/delivery notification page. I was not satisfied with the tracking/delivering status page that is provided to the customer. I could not monitor the package route throughout the process, except for the time that the package was shipped and the time it was delivered, but the overall service from Shopcell met my expectations. The devil's in the details!!! Shopcell shipped me the wrong iphone case & has taken over 3 weeks so far to replace. They've promised shipping twice already & my mailbox still is empty! There are other folks on the web & eBay who sell the same items for just as good a price who provide excellent customer servioe... I'll be buying from them from now on. (more)

My cell shop experience was fantastic! I've recommended you to everyone, as I raved about my purchases and the cost savings. Your prices are right, the shipping costs are reasonable delivery is timely. What more could a person ask for.

A month ago I went and decided to buy this blue tooth from shopcell my credit card was charged accordingly and today a month after I haven't received the product and no reimbursement to my credit card has not been placed. I have been calling almost 2 times per week, absolutely unnaceptable, the worst experience buying from a website, I have bought in the past from QVC, hsn, amazon, victoria's secret, even ebay, etc. but never had this situation before. sirs all was fgreat except for the screen protectors. i cannot use the phone with the protector on. it seems to be too thick so that contact cannot be made.

Prices were great! I mean awesome! Packaging however was terrible! I mean my items were stuff in an envelope with scotch tape on the top. Looked really tacky. Overall you guys have the best prices online and I have recommended you several people. I just think you should package your stuff properly. (more)
