I never received the shipment, even though the USPS tracking showed that it had been delivered. It was either delivered to the wrong address or was stolen from my mailbox.

contacted customer service at firefold to validate that I had the right memory chip for my unit. Service rep was not very knowledgeable and told me to contact the manufacturer.

I received the order much earlier than I had expected, but then I always do when I order from you, as always the order met or exceeded my expectations, It is a pleasure to order from you as you have a better selection than any where else.

I ordered with one credit card,it would not accept the card. I then ordered w/ a second credit card I the got confirmation that both orders had processed. Only one arrived. so, I am waiting to see if I was charged for two. If so I have a problem.
