I have always been happy with KB Toys I have ordered on line. As a grandparent of 13 I am very disapointed to hear that KB toys has closed. This was my favorite place to order gifts for all the kids and I never once had any kind of problem.

There was an item which was not included in shipment however I paid for it & there was another item I ordered that didnt look the same as online. I emailed KB Toys to tell this to them with no responce I am unable to locate a # to call them

My order was delivered promptly and packed well. I stopped purchasing from another major toy store online due to problems with them. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and definitely will shop at KB again.
