I am really happy with the product and the time frame however I thought I was to received 20% discount off of this order and I am puzzled as to why I am charged $7.20 for each item being shipped???

Everything was great except for the price -- I boutght the same shoes earlier in town at a much lower price (Merrill Treviso)

Was supposed to have free shipping at home (product had the free shipping icon and was above 50$), but the site kept placing it with "shipping to the store" option. Was told that they had problem with site (what? they didn't tell), or that the product wasn't eligible for free shipping (but it clearly had the free shipping icon). So, no satisfactory answer there, and I did have to pick it up in store. Is it that they're discontinuing the free shipping option soon? If so, just remove the icons! (more)

My overall shopping experience was good. But when my item was delivered it was left on my front door step without needing my signature. I am not sure if this is your delivery standard, but I would have been happier if it were more secure. Anyone could have taken the box off my front step without my knowledge. (more)

i tried to call the kamloops location that i found off of the softmoc sight to see if my order arrived..but they never answered after 8 trys. and the answering service did not indicate that they were softmoc. They did not return my message. i told the staff what i had experiences..and they said they would try look into the phone. I guess my order had been there for a few days but they had not called me to pick up the order. (more)

I have no problem with SoftMoc. The item (casual shoes) don't fit properly because of the size. I had previously ordered size 9.5 for a pair of casuals from SoftMoc in 2007, so I ordered the same size this time but this pair is too big. Therefore i will need to return them for a size 9 or a refund. (more)
