I received no phone call or email telling me my shipment had arrived. The only way I knew was I checked the shipping status.

placed order item #0764027sale price $89.99 rec email conf #307417,went to site find the same shoe on sale $44.99 called to cancel order or change price was told cannot be done want the shoes at saleprice also order # 307416 item # 0617522.

I never received confirmation from SoftMoc that the order was ready. Also, the manager at store #9 is rude and I would prefer not to deal with the company because of her.
