Great product, fast shipping, thanks, will be back.

Site easy to navigate, prices very competitive, and shipping prices reasonable, and merchandise arrived quickly.

First Order: I had a very difficult time getting in contact with customer service on the phone to ensure that my original order had been cancelled per email request. Second Order: I did not receive item on date promised; but that's not the real issue. I am not certain why the substance in this product is such a different color than what I have purchased from other stores/ suppliers. The product is not producing the same effects as I am used to with the identical product purchased from former suppliers. I am beginning to wonder if what's in this product is something different than what the label claims. I am greatly concerned about this. (more)

I wish that the backordered product was listed as being on backorder when I checked out.

quick response and great communication

The customer service was excellent I had a really great experience with PPI, My problem was mainly with UPS as my order did not get here untill 3\17, although it was processed on 3\12 ,3\13.I paid extra for 2-day air, I will take some advice I heard and next time will just go with regular delivery.
