The prices are great. I did not get a confimation email, so I didn't know if my order went thru or a tracking number of when it was going to be delivered.

It seemed to me the item took quite some time to ship. I placed the order on 02/17/09.I had expected it to be shipped within 2 business days, and 2-3 business days shipping. It was longer than that. Not enough room in this box to leave accurate... (more)

I ordered 2 Bestop Thermal Pro seats and only got one seat, the invoice said "1 seat ordered, 1 seat shipped". I called customer support and they said it would ship right away, still no seat after 3 weeks. I guess I'll have to call them again.
