It was them who contacted me the first time, and he was very nice and helpful with explaining to me what needed to be done. He was very calm and understanding to put up with a groggy half asleep not so happy morning person. :)

know body toched base to let me know what was going on with the order . not in stock, back ordered or what ever. I had to call to get info. still no projected delivery date?

In your favor, Shane has gone put of his way to straighten this situation out with your supplier, which redeems you some what. The fact that I had to take time & use my gas to ship the wrong item back, even though you sent a prepaid shipping lable is not something that I am custom too. The fact that this item is on back order is also something that is not impressive to me, even though I do understand. When someone tells me that they are going to do something as a customer I do expect them to follow through or find someone that will. Great Customers take a long time to cultivate in this day & age & a company in my opinion can ill afford to lose any, especially if it is their fault. (more)

I ordered from this company because they offer free shipping. That is good but the order took almost a month to arrive. I have ordered from ether vendors and although I had to pay for shipping my order arrived in two or three days. I also could not access my account to track my order. I always got a message saying my password was incorrect so I used the forgot password option. I was told a new password would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I don't think the free shipping is worth the agrivation. (more)
