Price was right, product is well made as represented. I shouldn't have to email vendor to find out that the item is backordered by the OEM and would take 3 weeks to arrive.

I wanted this gear as a combo. Both matching gears. A combo package was not offered.

My only complain is that there was no shipping or tracking information provided until the day i received the item. I feel that tracking information should have been available as soon as the item shipped.

Shipping was so fast that the parts arrived before I even got the tracking number. Ordered on Sunday evening and received parts on Tuesday.
