My experience was awesome...the product was better than pictured and the quality was excellent. I was contacted regarding a shipping price correction and the representative was very courteous. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.

Delivery was a major issue with this- I was extremely dissappointed with delivery vendor = expected a furniture delivery/assembly service and got a dump delivery that required 2 people to assist with drop.

Its Beautiful! It was a bit difficult to put together at first, but a bit of bar soap on the wood helped it slide in beautifully! Our son loves his cool new room! The inspiration for his room is our favorite vacation spot...Estes Park,CO! Thanks!

I order a queen size bed but was sent side rails for a fullsize. The rails where replaced without a problem but it took extra time that could have been prevented through better quality control.
