I have had to order 3 remote controls which were ordered through the Parts Store. All were ordered on-line and very easy to do.

the part was backordered and I talked to somone that had no idea when it would come in so I ordered it from another place. That same day I got an e-mail that the part had shipped out. Thankfully, I was able to cancel my second order.

The only thing that was somewhat dissatisfied with was the shipping and handling of the small tv remote. It was almost half the cost of the item and it took over a week to be delivered.
