I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. IT WAS DELIVERED BY UPS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND NOW NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP ME FIND IT. VERY UNHAPPY WITH BOTH PARTSTORE AND UPS. PLACED THIS ORDER ON 1/25/12, IT IS NOW 2/9/12

Part did not suit needs. Wires were not long enough to reach. I needed to solder wires from the old device together wih the new part to get it ot reach so it would work. The part was delivered promptly but did not work.

Partstore was great. Samsung TV's make me nuts though. removed old part and installed new color wheel without much trouble, but it looks like I may need a new lamp now.....a big expense for us now.
