Good quality item, but shipping is too slow. I did not get tracking for over 5 or 6 days.Did not use UPS as promised; used fedex instead. I was told that they would ship by 3 days because of the delay, but it was still sent by ground.

I was never able to use my Naturally Speaking application successfully until I used you NC181VM USB Andrea Anti-noise microphone. Now I am getting GREAT results. I will be recommending this microphone to my co-workers.

The phone is great and the features are also great. The only problem I have had is that there are additional parts needed to use the phone with 4 incoming lines. They are not expensive, but time lost was a big problem for me.

I recieved the products fast, I am very happy with the pricing of the product which was less then the competitors. I will be looking forward to ordering more items from Mako in the near future.
