Good quality item, but shipping is too slow. I did not get tracking for over 5 or 6 days.Did not use UPS as promised; used fedex instead. I was told that they would ship by 3 days because of the delay, but it was still sent by ground.

Hello... I'm a quadriplegic, and after ordering a headset I realized that I already had the same unit. As soon as it arrived, I realized my error. So I asked my roommate to return it for me. Have you received it?
