Notified QualityMatters.com of damaged merchandise within 24hrs. of receipt. Quality Matters refused to issue refund or exchange for more expensive unit. Similar online reviews indicate Quality Matters routinely fails to honor its return policy....

Product was either damaged in transit or was defective, and unusable. Quality Matters staff directed me to Supentown who then arranged for exchange of the unit

Product is good, but instructions for assembly are terrible. Missing steps, poor diagrams, certain parts are never mentioned as in where they go.
