bought two items and they arrived ok but I received several emails telling me my items are being shipped and should be received shortly. I called then to make sure they were not sending me more and the rep assured me it was a computer error.

It tool entirely to long to get the item shipped and delivered. It took 12 day's which is ridiculous. I buy a lot on line and you took twice as long as most on line retailers.

Item was shipped as promised, however it was not shipped on the day promised which meant the item was delayed a day. I was told it was due to the manuf, but I should've been contacted. I had to call customer service on the day I expected my delivery.
