Not happy with emailing and waiting and waiting for shipping info. I feel this could be better a response.You do get an email stating they have received it and then you end up making a phone to get the information.

I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED, BUT WHEN I ORDERED THE VACUUM SYSTEM, I PAID FOR IT. WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED IT CAME COD, THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM STARTED AND GOT WORSE. I TALKED TO A COMPANY REP AND AFTER A BIT HE GOT IT TAKEN CARE.

The longest I have ever waited for an item to be delivered (and I've lived overseas!). I would recommend not taking an order if you don't have the ability to ship the item within 7 days. The customer service rep was thoughtful and professional.

When I got it, 3 screws holding in the fan had come out. I had to repair it by putting in the screws. Good thing I noticed before I plugged it in or something might have gotten torn up. This was probably from mfg-not ToolsDirect. I left them a... (more)
