My only complaint. You all need to focus more attention to the packaging of your products for shipment. Luckily, the products ordered did not show up damaged, however, the box it showed up in looked like it had barely made it through and hand grenade attack. Understand that shipping company workers care little about what is inside the box or whether it is labeled "fragile" or "this side up". They treat everything like it is indestructable. (more)

They had a great variety of items, at reasonable prices, and my shipment was very fast....I was very surprised to see it when I did! I am very pleased with abestkitchen, and would definitely recommend it to others!

The product that i recieved was nicely package. Abeskitchens made sure that my product was not going to be damaged. The package came fast and i like that.

A Best's speed in shipping was great. 2 days to local FedEx. It was on truck Friday but not delivered (apparently I wasn't available). They said they would deliver next business day. Tried to deliver Saturday - 7:12 a.m.? Said I wasn't available. Tracking said I was set up for Delivery Wed. March 26th. Waited all day. I thought I had to sign for it. Finally showed up at 5:20 p.m. Driver handed it to me. Did'nt have to sign. The last remark on internet tracking said, "Left at front door. Signature Service not requested!! This is my only hangup with future orders. (more)

I loved the item I ordered, it was exactly what I wanted. However, it was CLEARLY a used item. Came scratched and had a rust stain on the top of it. I asked about it being used, and the guy just grunted at me and stated, "no, nothing is used"... didn't offer any other suggestions or offer to hand pick my item, nothing... (more)

This has probably been my worst experience with online ordering to date. The coffee dispensers were suppose to be shipped three day express. Customer service was very polite in helping me, and even though we received the dispensers "Just In Time" there were missing accessories that forced us to make due with an incomplete product. I have in my online shopping cart another item, a coffee maker for $999. I will exhaust all other options and order this machine somewhere else because of this experience. I would appreciate a call from management, my missing accessories shipped and a possibly a discount on the next purchase or this will be the last time we use this website. (more)
