I purchased pool cover it had some damage to the tie down eyes but I have it on and dont want to go throuth the headache of returning it.

I received my product promptly. Called customer support in reference to a broken handle, and they resolved the issue right away. They even checked back with me when I was not able to respond back right away. I was left with a very good impression.

Customer service was excellent. The only negative was that I paid 137 for a part and later found it online elsewhere for 75. My problem I guess.
