The only problem I had with my order is I receive a 24" left cord rather than the 48" one I was expecting. Don't remember being asked about the left cord length.

I was waiting and waiting for my order to ship. After about 3 weeks, I decided to check on why it hadn't. Turns out the manufacturer had canceled my order. If I hadn't contacted customer support, nothing would happened. No compensation was offered.

Not only did they arrive sooner than I expected they are absolutely marvelous. The large blinds for my living room are the exact shade of Teal as the old ones and they are perfect. Thank you so much

I feel that "YourBlinds.com" should offer more variety for the consumer in their products that will fit small windows that go below 12". I had only 1 style to choose from and ended up with them not as darkening as I wanted although the quality is... (more)
