I left a phone message and an email and got no response. I placed one order and didn't receive it, so I ordered the product again and two came within days of each other. The template kit is just paper. For $25 dollars it should have contained more.

Confusion regarding availability of FREE blind feature - TD/BU with Ultra Glide (Hunter Douglas). Waited several months for specific sale then the combination I wanted appeared to be unavailable by the way the site provided error messages.

The blinds I ordered were perfect for my windows. I did not realize my verticle blinds did not come with a valence so I will need to order one. I am still waiting on a call back from customer service.

The only problem I had with my order is I receive a 24" left cord rather than the 48" one I was expecting. Don't remember being asked about the left cord length.
