The product I ordered was not sent to me. Someone at the sellers office changed my order. I have tried to contact the seller and they have not returned my call or answered my e-mail.

it took way too long to get. When I ordered the same thing before it was here in three days this time it took 8 days. U guys use UPS the other faster way is USPS.

regrettably, the item I ordered was not available in Canada. I was contacted to see if I would accept another product instead. I appreciated this effort on the part of the seller.

product ordered was substituted with another product. spray tan was ordered, lotion was sent. Checked product online and found that the product sent to me is not even a current product, but a discontinued product.
