Two of the products I purchased were 1 year outdated. I called the company and was told that a return label would be sent out to me to return the outdated products, along with a replacement of my purchase that is NOT outdated. I am thankful.

Shipping was fine. Difficult to determine parts of item. Parts description ambiguous. Users manual unhelpful; didn't explain where to find battery compartment. (A friend eventually found it.) Didn't explain other ambiguous parts. (Still don't...

Need to make a "see all products" button when you have 27 pages of items you don't want to look at 12 and have to keep hitting next, and need to break down items to more sub categories.

I rec'd initial email saying that the order was being processed. 2 weeks later I sent an email via the website inquiring about my order and never heard anything. I called and was told that the product was backordered by the manufacturer.
