I ordered two items on line, got a phone call next few days saying one item unavailable. It would have saved time if item showed up online as unavailable, I would have ordered it somewhere else and saved myself a weeks worth of time and some money... (more)

this was a gift my wife thought she would never see her whole life. Due to the price i was able to get it for her for a xmas gift. kinda gave it to her early but she about sniffed it up her nose. she loves it.
