- Mar 25, 2016The items I purchased were in my cart for 2-3 days before I was able to contact a person via live chat or phone help to clarify an additional item I needed to purchase. Live chat was not available late afternoon from sales when I'd call around 5:30 to 6PM. I thought that was rather early for a salesperson to not be available for help. The person I DID reach was a Customer Service person twice who did not have an answer to my straightforward question about what ink jet cartridges were the right ones for the printer I wanted to purchase. My purchase was delayed as a result for 3 days and I almost bought the items totaling $588 from B&H. I'm usually able to navigate sites such as yours to find accessories. However, for some reason it was difficult locating accessories information specific to my printer inks and the Customer Service agent didn't point out to me where the accessories information click button was, just that I had to speak with a Sales person who was then not available suddenly perhaps due to end of day? I finally found the accessories click button for the Canon pro pix 100, clicked on it, and identified the 8 piece ink I was searching. Salesperson Manny confirmed for me today, when I was finally able to reach a salesperson, it was the correct ink. He was quick and very helpful.

- Mar 22, 2016Helen Oster and Jorge C. were a great help in making my purchase. I am purchasing a used item, and Helen put me in touch with Jorge, who provided me with pictures of the actual item and a shutter count on the item. The rating system seems conservative, which is good.
- Mar 22, 2016Always a good experience dealing with Adorama. If I don't have the answer, they get one to me quickly. Everything I have bought from them over the years arrives on time or early and is packed well so nothing is broken or damaged. Great company and my first choice for cameras and camera supplies.

- Mar 16, 2016My first shopping experience with Adorama was very satisfactory. I found the entire range of products I was interested in on the website. The descriptions - especially the videos - were excellent. Along with my previous comments, I ultimately decided to purchase my camera from Adorama due to price, the bundles offered, free shipping and no taxes. A winning combination. Adorama will likely be my first stop for future photography purchases from now on.Mar 23, 2016

- Mar 14, 2016First time buyer from this company. Am concerned with all the on-line vendors selling cameras that may be gray or international products. I could have purchased for less money at other sites but didn't trust them. This company was recommended by Ken Rockwell and was listed on the Nikon site as well. I'll know how well I did when my order arrives. Then I can form a better opinion. I will say the ordering process was easy.Mar 22, 2016When I started looking for a Nikon I found there are gray and international products which are less expensive but don't have the mfg. warranty. Also some outfits may do the "bait and switch" game so I was very weary on where to make my purchase. The reason I chose to go with Adorama is they are listed on the Nikon website and with some of the review sites I visited. From my experience with them, I will not be afraid to order any of my camera needs in the future. I got exactly what they advertised and everything was well packaged. Delivery took two days, I was impressed. So if you want a Nikon that is made for the USA market, I would look hard at Adorama.
