    The product I ordered and received had been used and was not new as stated. It had stains (pen mark, make-up, something hard stuck to it). The white trimming of the comforter was pink. I called customer service twice and sent the pictures, as requested, of the stains on the comforter but I have YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE. I was told that BEDDING. COM would make a determination to send ME A NEW ONE but I haven't heard anything from them.

    My kother ordered me this gergous 12 poece comforter set just the comforter got desrtoyed and she is comining to visit it would break break her heart if she was to see it of course I had to order the whole set cause they would not just let me purchase the comforter, but other than that the set is awesome

    This site made moving from screen to screen and the check out buttons wouldn't always work!I almost gave up.

    I purchased this sheet brand name many years ago and was hoping for the same type of sheet. The sheets are extremely expensive, even on sale. They were not as soft as I expected but they are quite nice. This is no reflection on Bedding .com fulfilled all expectations.
