    After ordering the product, approx. 3 days later I was emailed stating the product was not in stock and the order was cancelled. If a product is not in stock, it should not be available to order. I went back on the site and the product was still listed.

    This will be the 3rd timer of this brand I will put in the outside lights. Others will not fit due to size and plug connections. Not your problem.

    Notification of shipment took 1 1/2 weeks. Online order status showed that the order was placed, but did not show back ordered or shipped. Finally had to call to find out status of order. Shipping was expensive for such slow shipping of such a small item.

    I had a part missing. Contact them, after several weeks and a couple of email, they said they would send the part. Never received the part - went to Lowes and they helped me out. Never will purchase from this place again. I will go to Lowes where they will help me out.
