    I have been using FromYouFlowers since the company established a relationship with my employer. I have always gotten prompt service, beautiful fresh flowers and fruit, and great customer service.

    I had to call customer service because my arrangement was not delivered on 3/16. When I called the first time on 3/16 the rep said, "let me put you on hold while i locate the florist" he then came back to the phone and said they have until 6pm to deliver, I responded with, "ok, I just figured since I paid the additional fee to have them delivered Saturday 3/14 they would deliver by 12pm, but OK thank you"...I had to call a representative again in the evening of 3/16 because it was after 6pm and the flowers still had NOT made it. The rep put me on hold and said the florist told him that their system was down since noon and all deliveries were cancelled, I told that evening rep that the daytime rep told me different and that it was obvious that when the day rep put me on hold and came back to the phone to tell me they had until 6pm, he just flat out lied or he would have been able to tell me they were un-deliverable on Monday March 16th. the evening rep was very apologetic and said i would receive a discount and have the arrangement upgraded and that also he would contact a different florist because of the issue. On Tuesday the arrangement was finally sent. Sadly I paid full price and I was specific that this was my 3rd arrangement I purchased with 30 days. However, I was appreciative that whomever delivered the flowers was courteous enough to send me a picture text message!

    I paid for early arrival (AM) . I ordered the package on a Thursday before the Monday delivery. The cake of flowers, candy and bear met expectations if not surpassed them. The packaging and wrapping to secure the delivery was done professionally. Job well done..

    The flower I ordered was not delivered to really late In Day, plus when they got there the person told me that they looked half dead and the arrangement was not the way the picture showed, it was like some just through it together in a rush just to get it out. I have ordered from yous a few times and this was the first time i was very very disappointed in the quality. I Will think twice before ordering next time.

    I am very happy with the awesome customer service it was just the particular provider that brought me a totally different product than what was advertised that I paid for that made me unhappy

    I'm very upset that this is the second time I've ordered from you guys and yet again when I order and pay extra for the delivery to be before noon it doesn't get there. No I won't be ordering from you again and there's no way in hell I'm going to suggest you to any friends. This is ridiculous and in fact I'll be making sure no one I know uses this service. Do not offer something to your customers you can not deliver on. Literally.

    Last time I paid 75 dollars and flower were good quality but nothing what I expected was a small arrangement flowers didn't bloome for 4 days I wasn't really satified with amount spent to the amount givin I upgraded to deluxe don't think it was any differant from standard which would have been 40 dollars cheaper. Over all I use this site for convene also tried to respond about my dis satifyed product and could not find email or contact info so I was stuck with product

    Paid 70 dollars and flowers although good quality was really small and not pretty for the deluxe upgrade I paid for will not order again this is second time flowers were small quantity

    Delivery wasn't timely. It was someone's last day at the office and she didn't get the order. I tried calling 3 times and kept getting shuffled around. I emailed twice and received generic responses and a measly low percent off my next order. I will never recommend anyone to use their service.

    First shipment was a success to my granddaughter and she loved it and with some apprehension due to price and expensive delivery I almost did not order these for my daughter but I went ahead as they said I had a 10.00 credit but the final price was a little high for me but I did it anyhow for now
