    GREAT site. I love the fact that you can "try on" glasses by downloading a picture of yourself. The search options are good and the choice is wonderful. I don't need this new pair of glasses, but the price is so good I've started buying them as "accessories."

    Clarification on Lenses and especially sunglasses are need you don't know the percent of the Darkest lens. If you do have it it isn't on the page with the glasses and maybe on a different page of the site. To many pages to find one information is very hard.

    I'm just amazed that you don't have to sacrifice quality at these prices. You can upload your own picture and see how all the frames look on you before buying and if there is a problem you can always get a new pair.

    Expedited order got stuck in customs for 3 weeks due to error with import paperwork. It took me several attempts to even find out what the tracking number was since that was never posted. FedEx notified me of the shippers error immediately when I called. Glassesusa refused to acknowledge their error for 2 weeks. He glasses took almost a month for delivery. I was eventually given a gift card for my troubles but I had to complain daily before I got that. I put way too much effort into making sure I received my product. Luckily the glasses are nice, but the customer service left a whole lot to be desired.

    I wished that I could of had a choice in lens, I wanted glass but had to settle for plastic.

    Glasses appear nice well put together they just did not fit my face, Glasses were to narrow for my face, Should feature face shape oval , round and narrow

    I'm a first time customer that jus stumbled on this website, the site is easy to use, customer care is very informative, helpful and polite, there's a wide rage of frames to choose from. I am happy with my purchase, shipping was on time, product was well packaged and arrived without damage.     I am very happy with the entire purchase experience and plan to return to GlassesUSA for my next purchase. Best part of all this; No more high pressure sales tactics to try and sell me expensive frames and lenses from my Optometrist. All I'll need from them is my prescription!

    Glasses were weeks late but no one contacted me. I called to cancel the order and was told I could not. I resciunded the charge card charge and got an ermail on an unrfelated topic. I spoke with a service rep (several times) and explained that I had cancelled the charge with the card companmmy and tyhat they should not send the glasses. I just got an email saying the glasses had been shipped. Glasses USDA's customert service and fulfuillment are abysmal.
