    I gave Horticulture Source a low rating because the online payment method was terrible. It only allowed me ONE address in my account. I have a different shipping address than my billing address. That is why I used Paypal. I spent alot of time trying to figure out the address account on this website. It definitely needs improving!

    The $5.00 "low order" fee is outrageous.... Your the only store that has the product I need so I shall deal with it. It should be clearly posted that orders are charged such a fee ahead of time. I get that your company receives large orders, but why sell small individual items like calibration solution ? Just to charge extra fees. Sorry for venting but it's just sad to see a company focusing on nickels and dimes instead of excellent customer services.

    Would appreciate being able to ship item to different location than billing address. Our operation uses two addresses, one for plant starts, another for farm operations.

    Great deals! Good website, just had a little trouble with the ordering part of the site. Should be easier to enter a separate billing and shipping address. But overall very excited about getting my grow pots! Would recommend

    Lack of voice contact customer service is a huge negative. Combined with some negative online reviews, I initially thought I may have made a mistake ordering from HorticultureSource.com. As it turns out the company and products are legitimate, with excellent pricing. A voice on the end of a phone would have been great for PR, but credit where credit is due, they ended up doing a good job.

    The only thing wrong was the belt was off on the bubble magic machine that I received. I don't know if it comes like that.

    The only issue That I didn't like was the fact that the delivery had to be signed for. It would be nice if you had the option to Op-out of the signature required while making the purchase online.
