    I originally order these contact lens early in March. I received an email but didn't open it at the time because I thought it was just a confirmation. I had entered my credit info, doctor info and completed the order. Weeks later, I noticed my order had not arrived. Went back to the email. I asked me to "Confirm" my order. Waste of time.

    cust svc on phone was great. i would probably rate this higher if i had been able to fax my prescription and rec'ed the order - those are 2 steps that i would appreciate having been completed before doing this survey.

    Did not appreciate the hidden service or processing fee. Express mail shipping should be free. A clear case of bait and switch. Unethical.

    Typical bait and switch pricing. If I had known it was not a US company I never would have used them. Shipping took way too long. No status updates had me very concerned about the money they took from my credit card. And why could they not be bothered to label the right and left lenses? Lazy, all around. Not going to use them ever again.

    Shipping is always takes a while since these contacts have to be made custom but it's worth the wait. Once they shipped the email was correct in estimating the time of arrival.

    The customer service rep was polite and helpful. My package was lost in the mail and the company did everything to get my package to me.
