    Ad makes it seem like you are getting free shipping and $5/box off until you start checking out. I hate that kind of crap!

    The coupon code that I was trying to use did not work. The only requirement was that the subtotal be more that 49.99, which my order was well above.

    I despise a handling fee. You have to put the damn thing in a box anyway. Just tell me the price without the hidden fee. You are still one of the cheaper sites

    the payment and credit card system was down, it took me an hour to place the order.

    The computer credit card system was inoperable for. 30 mins or more. There was nothing the cust service person could do about it. Other than that everything was fine.
