    This website is great and beats the price of Big Box store i went to for exam.. I was disappointed that the rates per box went up alomsot $10 in the 3 mos. since my last order.

    The price of refill new order is higher than posted prices doing internet searches in your own website. You should provide the lower price offered to current customers. this make me go looking somewhere else because I know now you do not offer the lower prices to current customers.

    My order was screwed up, but it wasn't caught during the $26 processing period, so I had to send some back. I received a voucher that was less than the new price and I get to pay another $22 to fix this. I really dislike this shady site and their ridiculous fees. I will find another.

    The handling charge is a bait and switch. don't advertise a low price and then throw on a big handling charge. Ruined the transaction and experience.
