    I did not receive my product in a timely manner. I called customer service and was promised a call back when the problem with the order was found. I did not get a call back, instead i received an email informing me that the product was shipped. The order was placed on 11/11, I had not received by 12/01. I received the product about three days after the email. One can only conclude the the product was not shipped until I called to inquire. This is the first time I have gotten this type of poor service.
