    This is my first time with this website and I just ordered the machine today. So I can't tell you anything until I have used the product. We'll see how long it takes to get here and whether you call me to answer the question I had about ordering other products I might need with the machine.     I'm hoping I can feel and smell the difference in the air. There are 3 major reason for my purchase. 1. My nose is always stuffy,2. There seems to be a lot of dust in my home even though I have hot water baseboard heat, and I clean a lot. 3. I have 3 cats, a Sun Conure(parrot)who has some allergies, and 2 Parakeets. I am hoping that this will help us all ! :)

    I have had this air cleaner for several years and it allows me to breath clean air at night when sleeping. It also guards again the pollen in the air in my new location, as well.

    Just love my unit and was very happy to hear we can buy interchangeable art. Only thing I wish was that we could customize the art for the front of the unit. While I like the options we are offered, I know I would buy more if I could pick my own art.

    A bit confusing getting to the options for expedited shipping, and for where they appear in the purchase process. But the phone and IM reps were just as nice as they could be--kudos!!

    Super-friendly and patient staff, and a great product. Just need to move the request/cost for special shipping higher up in the online order process.

    Ordered on line, someone from your company called to verify credit card address and was told it was not a perfect match. you sent an e-mail asking me to call you, I did and told you not to use a space between address. three days later my order was cancelled. I called customer service and she said that there was no record of me calling and they cancelled my order. I checked my credit card and they paid the charge three days prior.......I asked why did you cancel my order and she again told me same thing. I had to reorder the product , get billed again, and wait for you to credit my credit card for the first order. A bunch of crap. your final customer service person "Olivia" saved your order from me and was a pleasure to deal with. Good save Olivia

    All pretty good. However, if someone orders 2 units like I did, just make sure that 2 units are sent out. The reason for my call was to get the 2nd unit sent to me, which it was.

    I would have given all 10 ratings, but it took along time to get an order confirmation and tracking #, then it took 1 week+ to receive the shipment. It seems like the replacement filters would be something they'd have on time, all the time and could process an order, instantly.

    I DID PLACE AN ORDER, EVERTHING WAS OK UNTIL ONE OF THE REPLACEMENT FILTERS WAS THE INCORRECT (BIOGSHEPA), THIS ONE WAS SMALLER, MAY BE FROM ANOTHER MODEL. MY MODEL IS MINUSA2.
