    The Mechanics of this website are clunky with iPhone. Site would not accept my credit card for several tries. Poorly optimized for mobile.

    We have two Himalayan cats and I have asthma. Our vet recommended the RabbitAir. After one year, we are still loving our RabbitAir MinusA2 Ultra Quiet Air Purifier. It is very quiet, efficient, and has greatly reduced the allergens in our home. The air is fresher, as well. The price is high, but well worth it. I'm thinking of purchasing another one.

    Jennifer: Thank you for contacting Rabbit Air, Dale! I am here to help you. =) Dale: I went to rabbit air canada to purchase the m2 but it does not say if its in canadian price or american? Jennifer: All of the prices we list are in USD Dale: will it tell me the canadian price at the end or i just guess and wait for the surprise??? on visa? Jennifer: It will not give the price in Canadian dollars, I apologize. The total will just appear in USD. Right now it looks like 1 USD is 1.13 Canadian, so the total will be higher in Canadian dollars. Dale: by 13 % or more? Jennifer: Yes, so for example the SPA-700A is 459.95 USD, which right now comes out to 518.78 Canadian. Since the exchange rate changes, it will depend on what the current rate is when the purchase is made. Do you have any other questions I can help you with today? Dale: no im in the process of ordering..... the web page could use some work. its not that hard to add in international orders and conversions. Jennifer: That's a very good idea.     The instructions say that in pollen mode the mood light will stay on instead of entering sleep mode, but mine will not do that. I would like a nightlight option for it.

    I had a very difficult time the day before with the online chat. The system kept me from ordering online and the person on the other end may have just picked p the phone and called me to place the order instead. I tried the online chat again this morning and everything went well. I was just frustrating yesterday when trying to order. If, in the future this happens to some other customer, they should pickup the phone and dial them direct in order to place the order. Just a thought.

    I was disappointed that Canadian customers do not get free shipping as advertised on the website. I was disappointed my order was not shipped from Canada as suggested as a possibility on the website.

    RabbitAir has a wonderful Product...we used have Oreck table top air unit. when Oreck change the Filters to less Quality product I throw out both units Thankful for RabbitAir and we purchased it in 2011
