    Fortunately I have my user's guide for the air filter, but it would be great if you could have more information about each filter on the website (like how to clean and how often they need to be replaced).

    Credit card declined the charge because it was an internet purchase. They fixed the decline in 5 minutes, but it took 2 days before your online system would re-accept my credit card.

    I had to order this product from RabbitAir.com directly. The filters I ordered used to be carried through other online retailers. Why has this changed? Your product -- the MinusA2 air purifier --- is excellent, yet hard enough to find on the internet for purchase. And with replacement filters, it might make sense to have them far more accessible. I have no real objection to ordering directly from RabbitAir, however I wondered why this has noticably changed in the past 12 months.

    I was informed that the order would be delayed because you were out of stock. I could understand that and appreciated that you informed me of that fact. However, the fact that you charged my account even though you didn't have the item in stock was very concerning. I would have expected you to not charge my account until such time as you were able to ship the product. Furthermore, when I called to complain about being charged, you indicated that the product had now been shipped. Your tracking system still showed that the product hadn't been picked up. Nevertheless, it did get delivered the following day.

    RabbitAir's website is attractive, informative and easy to use. I did call customer support to determine which filter option would work best for my situation. My call was answered promptly. The representative was pleasant, well informed about the product, and able to advise me about my choices. It was a thoroughly satisfactory interaction, and all my questions were answered.

    I received a BioGS at least 7 years ago as a birthday present and I love it. I have severe allergies to dust, pet dander, etc and it has helped a lot. It has needed only 3 new Hepa filters, 1 new carbon filter, and no other service of any kind. I am very happy to have found a domestic company that provides an excellent and reliable, long-term use product. I know of two clients that I referred to the same products and who then purchased one too, instead of the inferior company they had intended to use. I am also happy that rabbit continues to produce the filters needed for older models. Many customers appreciate not being forced into upgrading every few years, they want durable quality products they can rely on for a long time. In the next year or so I expect I may buy a third Rabbit air purifier so my entire home is covered.
