Hi! I had this product for only a year when it just stopped working (heating up). I only used it about 15 times. It did make great sandwiches. It was hard to clean and it didn't have a drip tray or temperature control. So, I am now in search for a
no on/off switch! poor design. difficult to clean. makes great sandwiches but died after one year of use. DO NOT BUY.
