I am from canada and I had a chance to go to the united states and seen this machine and decided to purchase it I have been using it a lot and love it so far and would recommend it but I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews hope I'm not disappoint
Having owned this machine for quite sometime I have come to the decision that there is proabably a reason why they sell this thing at Walmart. Its cheep both in price and in quality. The thread is always getting clogged up under the foot and ties knots
Since I purchased my machine, it has broken three times. I have to take it back AGAIN for servicing, which is 170 miles round trip each time. When I tried to talk to Brother about the problems, they are not at all helpful or even concerned with trying
