ACK is a great company to do business with. This particular item was not delivered as quick as most orders have been, but all in all everything went pretty well.

Kayak came well wrapped. I was a little dissappointed with the quality of the paddle. Otherwise I'm very satisfied.

The item that I ordered was out of stock but due to my time constraints of an upcoming trip the customer service rep had it shipped form the manufacturer. It arrived in plenty of time for my trip.
