I purchased this set in June 20009. It's worked great ever since. I used the DVE calibration DVD to properly adjust the settings and the picture is superb. Great blacks for LCD, nice and bright, of course, colors are brilliant. The user controls are more extensive than on many sets I've seen with control over Gamma and all color levels. I purchased this item last week. I researched my heart out and settled on this after reading tons of reviews. However, the reviews DO NOT do it justice.
