After owning the t.v. for four months, engine light went out. Covered by warranty. Now 1year and 10months later, again the engine light has gone bad. $760.00 to repair. Talked to Toshiba customer service, will not help out at all and really don't want to
Where do I begin!?! This TV is terrible! We are currently on our 4th lamp. The fan (which has been replaced once already in March of 2006) sounds like a jet engine. We can't even watch it anymore. I don't know what to do!!
This T.V. has an excellent picture and sound. The only problem so far that I have had, is the lamp blew within 6 months of my purchase. Toshiba promptly replaced it with no problem -it was shipped out from Toshiba the next day and I had it within 2 days.
