(Varies depending on terrain and conditions.) 142 Privacy Codes 38 CTCSS (Continuous Tone Coded Squelch System) codes and 104 DCS (Digitally Coded Squelch) codes provide a total of 142 privacy codes. 3,124 privacy combinations are possible when the 22 channels are combined w
