Easy to use external tv tuner.
Decent for what it its, don't expect it to move mountains, but it will play tv (and most importantly for me span it over 3 monitors).

first time - install - some instructions not good
over all worked great - had to figure out digital cable issues with channel numbers - but not the fault of Haup - overall - I like it and think it will come in handy
