JC Penney no longer carries the basic items that I have depended on in the past. I do not shop online or in the store very much any more. I don't like their new pricing.

I do not like the new pricing and the cataglogs that are sent out. I have contacted them and got a reply that was cut and pasted from their website. I find that they are missing the general public and that the prices are so so.
