Having made online purchases for more than 10 years, I am appalled. Techgear's website states that all orders ship from 1 to 3 days. IT took 5 days. It shipped from PA and I live in NJ! Totally inexcusable! Additionally, their tracking link did not...

I was initially impressed with TechGearDirect and thought I'd found a new source for ordering electronics online. However, after the delay in receiving my printer and having recieved no current updates via my online account, I have changed my mind.
