If you want any easy to use, high quality waffle maker to make Belgian waffles like the restaurants do, this is the one. Works great, easy to use, timer beep so you don't have to watch for the steam to stop. Clean up is also a breeze. Highly recommended.
We just got this today and made a batch of the classic Belgian waffles. The recipe made 8 instead of 10. We used the rapid rise yeast and let it rise for about 40 minutes total.
The waffles were a little splotchy on heat 4. They were nicer
