We just got this today and made a batch of the classic Belgian waffles. The recipe made 8 instead of 10. We used the rapid rise yeast and let it rise for about 40 minutes total.

My main objection to this waffler is that it does not brown evenly. If the bottom is cooked, the top is not. The back two squares cook better than the front two, but none of the waffles are acceptable. Be very careful when filling with batter. If you fol (more)
